Energy Surveys (North Wales) is a new company created to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for the domestic housing market and Social Housing Providers throughout North Wales.
 
It is now a requirement, under European Legislative Directive for an EPC to be produced for all properties offered for sale or rent.
 
Our Surveyor, Martin Hilliker, is a fully qualified and accredited Independent Energy Assessor - trained to the highest industry standards; holds all Professional indemnity and Public Liability Insurance and, along with Criminal Records Checks, you can be assured of professionalism, quality assurance and peace of mind.
 
 
The company's aim is to provide an efficient, professional and speedy service, whilst maintaining the highest level of integrity to all clients - Hip providers, estate agents, solicitors, private house sellers and social housing providers. 

The Service Provided

 The inspection will be carried out within 7 days of your instruction, at a time and convenience to suit you.
 
The energy report produced will be of the highest quality and we will endeavour to deliver it within 48 hours of the inspection.
The costs for an EPC start at £65.00
